Who can report a problem?
Anyone. You don't need any special background or formal writing skills — just a real problem and a short video explaining it in your own words.
What happens to my video after I submit it?
It's reviewed privately by our team and used to build a structured research problem. It's never published publicly or shared without your consent.
Who can access the datasets?
Researchers and students request access with their name, affiliation, and intended use. Every request is reviewed and approved individually before access is granted.
Will I be contacted about my problem?
If a researcher takes on your problem and wants to reach out, we relay that conversation with your consent — your contact details are never shared automatically.
Does Ground2Impact guarantee my problem gets solved?
We guarantee it gets documented and turned into real research. What happens after that — funding, policy change, government action — is outside our direct control, though it's exactly what we're building toward.
